Items/Magazines Going to Ban States - It's the buyer's responsibility to confirm an item they purchase is legal in their location. If an order is cancelled due to an item not being legal in their state, the restocking fees on "returns" below will apply. I will not mail mags to another address to skirt your state's laws. I can send a firearm that would otherwise be legal WITHOUT the mag.

Payments - We take card payment over the phone only.(No fee) Payment is due at time of call to complete order. Name on the card MUST match the name of the person the firearm/ammo is being transferred to.

Item Description/Condition - Surplus firearms are used firearms that can have unseen issues. Unless an item is rated as new, expect stock repairs/dings/scratches/light rust or corrosion and other signs of use. Anything major that I notice will be listed in the description. Have any used firearm checked by licensed gunsmith before assuming it's safe to fire.

Ammo Policy & Returns - Ammo ships via UPS ground with adult signature required and is sold 100% AS IS with no returns or refunds. There will be a 30% restocking fee(and loss of all shipping related costs) for any ammo not accepted/returned by UPS. Surplus ammunition is sold for collectible use. It is your responsibility to use due diligence to inspect each round for issues if you intend on firing it. If you have any issues, stop firing that ammo and use it for non firing purposes only. Surplus ammo is in most cases decades old, I make no warranty or guarantee on its function. The states/locals I cannot ship to, include but are not limited to AK, HI, NY, CA, CT, MA, ME, DC or Chicago IL.

Returns - Any moderate unadvertised mechanical or cosmetic issues with a purchase outside of normal wear and tear, I offer a 7 day non firing return period from the point of item delivery. Items that have been fired, altered or are outside the 7 day period(in either your hands or the receiving dealer/agent) cannot be returned. I do NOT offer partial refunds.

Items returned without issue are subject to a 25% restocking fee and forfeiture of all shipping charges. Or I can return on buyers dime. Items marked "AS IS", "UNKNOWN", "CLOSE OUT", "B GRADE" or "GUNSMITH SPECIAL" cannot be returned for any reason. These items are being sold in unknown condition likely needing repair with no guarantees on functionality/condition.

Warranty - NO warranty is expressed or implied on anything I sell/trade. While I check over firearms, I am no substitute for a trained and licensed gunsmith. Have a gunsmith confirm as safe to fire ANY used/surplus weapon before use.

Order Cancellation - Orders placed can be cancelled on the same day before close(7pm et) without fee. After this there is a 15% restocking fee for orders not yet shipped and 25% for those that have been shipped along with forfeiture of shipping costs. I'm a small one man store and while I understand things come up(IE Vet/Car Repair/Change of mind) I cannot be held responsible for them. - PAID IN FULL orders can be held for up to ONE week, at this point if you have not arranged for an FFL to receive your order, it may be cancelled/refunded with restocking fee at my discretion.

    You are responsible for knowing your local/state/federal laws. Safe firearm handling/conduct must be observed at all times.
